Details
Ten Tree Alley Cemetery is 1,200 yards South of Serre. It was made
by the V Corps (as Ten Tree Alley Cemetery No. 2, V Corps Cemetery No.
24) in 1917; it stood beside a former German trench, captured by the
32nd Division on the night of the 10th-11th February 1917. It contains
the graves of 67 soldiers from the United Kingdom who fell on the 18th
November 1916, and the 10th-18th February 1917, and of whom 24 are unidentified;
they belonged to the 32nd Division.
